Overview

This is one of my favorite home-cooked dishes. You can cut the meat into any thickness you want with a meat slicer. I also like to eat fatty meat. I made it every day for a while. I fried the fat and lean meat until it was tender and tender. It was really delicious.

  1. Slice the pork, add a little dark soy sauce and cornstarch and mix well.

  4. Fry the meat slices until cooked and set aside. Add onions and green peppers and stir-fry. Add salt, light soy sauce and vinegar

  5. Fry the onions until cooked and stir-fry with the meat slices.

  6. When it comes out of the pan, the meat slices are tender and the onions are crispy.
