Fried pork slices with onions
Overview
This is one of my favorite home-cooked dishes. You can cut the meat into any thickness you want with a meat slicer. I also like to eat fatty meat. I made it every day for a while. I fried the fat and lean meat until it was tender and tender. It was really delicious.

Slice the pork, add a little dark soy sauce and cornstarch and mix well.

Slice onions and green peppers and set aside.

Heat the oil and put the meat slices into the pan, add the ginger slices and stir-fry together.

Fry the meat slices until cooked and set aside. Add onions and green peppers and stir-fry. Add salt, light soy sauce and vinegar

Fry the onions until cooked and stir-fry with the meat slices.

When it comes out of the pan, the meat slices are tender and the onions are crispy.
