1. 1 I bought the small silver dollar fish at the market today. Wash it and soak it in rice wine for ten minutes to remove the fishy smell.

   

2. 2 All ingredients are chopped

4. 4 Egg

   

5. 5 Add all the ingredients to the stock and bring it to a boil, then add water starch, eggs

   

6. 6 Add coriander, pepper salt, sesame oil and season to taste.
