Two-color tofu
Overview
Tofu is soft and tender and rich in nutrients. Blood tofu can cleanse blood vessels. The combination of the two is not only delicious, but also very nutritious.

Wash the northern tofu and cut into small pieces about 1cm square.

Wash the blood tofu (duck blood or pig blood can be used) and cut into small pieces of about 1cm square.

Shred the green onions, dice the ginger, and mince the garlic.

Heat oil in a pot, add a small amount of Sichuan peppercorns and a chili pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, then remove and discard.

Sauté shredded green onion and ginger rice in oil until fragrant.

Add tofu and stir-fry.

The surface of the tofu is slightly hard.

Then add the blood tofu and stir-fry.

Add cooking wine and vinegar and cook to remove the smell, add sugar and salt to taste.

Thicken the sauce before serving, add minced garlic, stir-fry slightly and serve.
