Shrimp, pork and celery dumplings
Overview
If you want the dumpling fillings to be delicious, you must chop the fillings by hand, and then slowly pour in water to make them delicious and juicy~ In addition, adding some shrimp or scallops to the dumpling fillings is also a good way to enhance the freshness! When I bought shrimps on the weekend, I bought more, peeled the shrimps, and made these shrimp, pork, and celery dumplings. Originally, I wanted to wrap zucchini, but everyone in my family ordered celery. I had no choice but to obey the majority! Combining the tenderness of shrimp, the aroma of meat, and the freshness of celery, you can imagine the taste of this dumpling, right? All I can say is that one bowl is definitely not enough~~
