Cut the white jade mushroom into small pieces.

Slice pork belly.

Cut green and red pepper into cubes, mince ginger and garlic.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add white jade mushrooms and blanch them for two minutes before taking them out.

Heat the pot, stir-fry the pork belly over low heat until the oil comes out and the surface turns slightly yellow, then add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
