Add 30g of sugared osmanthus and warm water to glutinous rice flour and knead into a ball;

Cut one side of both types of dates and remove the core;

Stuff appropriate amount of glutinous rice dough into red dates;

Take a small pot and put 100ml of water and rock sugar. After the rock sugar melts, add maltose, 15g of sweet-scented osmanthus, salt and rose wine, cook until thickened and then turn off the heat;

Steam in a steamer for about 10 minutes;

Pour the syrup evenly into the steamed glutinous rice and dates.
