Crack the eggs into the rice and add a little salt to break them up. Peel the carrots and shred them. Remove both ends of the green beans, tear off the tendons and shred them

Fry the eggs in the oil pan until cooked, shovel them into small pieces and set aside (my eggs are too fried)
