Overview

Youpo noodles, also known as pulled noodles, pulled noodles, stretched noodles, Zhentiao noodles, and fragrant stick noodles, originated in the Ming Dynasty and are one of the traditional specialties of Shaanxi noodles.

  1. Wash the rapeseed and soybean sprouts.

  3. Pour an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and vinegar into the bowl (can be 2:1), add salt and chicken essence, stir evenly, and make a sauce.

  5. The noodles are cooked and poured into cold boiled water.
