Fried tofu with chopped pepper
Overview
I made a lot of chopped peppers some time ago. They are widely used as condiments. Adding a little to ordinary dishes will make them delicious. Let’s try them together

Four pieces of soft tofu (can be increased or decreased according to the number of people eating), one spring onion, appropriate amount of chopped pepper

Slice tofu about 2cm, cut green onion into sections

Add oil to the pot, add tofu evenly, fry over low heat for 2 minutes, then turn to high heat and fry until golden brown, turn over

Flip over and continue to fry the other side over low heat until both sides are golden brown

Drain the fried tofu and set aside

Add chopped peppers to a clean pot, add a little water to boil, add a little light soy sauce, and pour in the fried tofu

Stir well and add a little black pepper
