Mix shredded coconut, milk powder, cake flour and fine sugar evenly.

Beat the egg whites with chopsticks (do not use a whisk, otherwise unnecessary foam will be produced)

Pour the egg whites into the mixture from the first step

Mix well with your hands to form a uniform dough.

Take a small piece of dough and shape it into a small ball with a diameter of about 2.5cm (about the size of a 1 yuan coin)

Roll the ball in shredded coconut so that the surface of the ball is evenly coated with shredded coconut (this step can be omitted)

Use this method to shape all the dough into small balls (about 15) and put them in the preheated oven. 150℃, middle layer, heat up and down, about 25 minutes.
