Fried Yong Tau Fu
Overview
Minced meat is used as the filling. After stuffing, frying and stewing, the umami flavor of the meat penetrates into the tofu, making the bland tofu full of flavor and very delicious.

Prepare the ingredients, stir the minced meat with salt, light soy sauce, condiments and starch

Cut the tofu into cubes, use a knife to dig out the middle of the tofu and make it into small boxes

Stuff the stirred minced meat into the hollowed out tofu, and pat the seal with starch.

Heat a pan, add oil, add the stuffed tofu and fry, seal side down, until the surface is golden brown

Flip and fry until golden brown

Mix a spoonful of tomato sauce and a spoonful of oyster sauce and stir-fry over low heat. Add onions and carrots. Add water, add salt, black pepper, and green pepper and bring to a boil. Add the tofu, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer until the tofu is fragrant, about three minutes.

Serve the tofu out. Thicken the remaining soup and add some sesame oil to enhance the flavor. Pour over tofu.
