Overview

It is a dish that my husband likes very much and he makes it often. Haha, I have more time today so I took pictures while making it. This is the first time I have made it like this. Fortunately, the taste is very satisfying! Just upload it and share it.

  1. Wash the duck delicacies, slice them into pieces and set aside.

  2. Chop coriander, ginger, garlic, and pepper and set aside.

  3. Put some oil in the pot and stir-fry out the water. You can also use water if you like. It depends on your personal choice.

  4. When it's almost fried, pick it up and drain out the water.

  5. Then add bean paste, sesame seeds, and other condiments and stir-fry until red oil comes out.

  6. Finally, add the cumin seeds and mix. If you are using cumin granules, put them down and mix well before putting it in the pot and turn off the heat. If you are using cumin powder, turn off the heat and mix it well before serving it up.
