Ingredients
Steps
-
The amounts of flour and glutinous rice flour are the same, so it will be soft and hard. Knead the dough with boiling water until it does not stick to your hands
-
Wash and chop the radish and set aside
-
Peeled dried onions
-
Chop the dried onions and set aside. No need to chop them too finely
-
First put the dried onions into the pan and stir fry until fragrant. Add the meat stuffing and dried radish and stir fry together. After stir frying, remove the oil from the pan
-
The grid of the steamer should be padded with sandy cloth so that the rice dumplings will not stick to the grid during steaming
-
Take an appropriate amount of the dough and knead it into a ball, then flatten it and wrap the meat filling in it like a dumpling
-
This is a semi-finished product. Once it is done, put it in a steamer and steam it for about fifteen minutes until the flour on the surface is thoroughly steamed
