Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.

Pick, wash and cut garlic sprouts into sections.

Cut the tofu into cubes.

Cut the pork into cubes, peel the carrots, wash and shred them.

Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.

Leave the oil in the pot, add the diced pork and stir-fry.

Add shredded carrots and stir-fry.

Add mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry.

Add tofu and stir-fry.

Dissolve curry powder with boiling water, add appropriate amount of salt and mix thoroughly.

Pour into the pot and stir well.
