Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare high and low gluten flour
-
Add the yeast to the milk and let it sit for 5 minutes
-
17g butter
-
Add flour to milk yeast and stir into snowflakes, then knead into dough
-
Heat the butter, let it cool and pour it into the mixed dough
-
Knead the dough into a smooth dough and put it into a container, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size
-
Insert your fingers into the risen dough and take it out. The dough will not shrink back
-
Roll it out to the size of a pizza pan and place it in the pizza pan
-
Poke some small holes in the bottom of the cake with a fork (to prevent bubbling and swelling during baking)
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place for 30 minutes (the time can be set according to the temperature of the day)
-
Required fruits, cut into cubes and set aside (a small amount of red pepper serves as decorative color)
-
Heat the pot and add a little butter
-
Add diced apples, add a tablespoon of sugar and fry over low heat until the moisture comes out
-
Then add the rest of the fruit, stir-fry the water a little (fruit has a lot of water and will release water when baked, which will affect the taste of the pizza) and serve out
-
Brush the fermented pizza with a layer of egg wash on the edges (the color will look good after baking, but you can omit it if you find it troublesome)
-
Spread with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with appropriate amount of pizza grass
-
Place the fried diced fruits on top
-
Finally, sprinkle a layer of chopped mozzarella
-
Preheat the upper and lower tubes of the oven to 190 degrees for 10 minutes, place the middle layer, and bake at 180 degrees for 22 minutes (temperature and time are set according to the temperament of your own oven)
-
Beautiful color, almost perfect😊
-
While it's hot, sprinkle with a few orange segments and lettuce leaves (oranges are too watery to put in when grilled)
-
Pick a piece, the fruity flavor is full of fragrance...
