Passion fruit pound cake
Overview
Pound cake is really easy to make. You don’t need to beat egg whites, you just need to beat butter. Adding sweet and sour passion fruit makes it taste even better. When baking, the smell of passion fruit fills the house. It's too sour to eat as it is, so it tastes better when added to cake, refreshing and not greasy.

Remove the pulp from the passion fruit and break the core with a food processor.

Cut butter into small pieces and soften.

Add powdered sugar and beat with an electric mixer until pale.

Add the egg liquid in batches and beat until absorbed before adding the next batch.

Sift in flour.

Mix well.

Add passion fruit.

Pour into non-stick molds.

Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. After baking for 20 minutes, score the top with a knife. After baking, take it out of the mold.
