Soybean Braised Tubular Bone
Overview
I bought the tube bone. I originally wanted to stew white radish, but I was too lazy to go to the vegetable market. I only had peanuts at home. Peanuts themselves are oily, so making soup with the tube bone would be too boring. After thinking about it, I bought some soybean stew on the way after get off work. Soybeans are really cheap. I bought one piece of soybeans and only put about half of them in. Eat as much as you like to avoid wasting it.

Steps
-
Wash the soybeans, soak them in cold water, and soak them in advance. They are easy to rot when cooked. If you have time, it is best to make them a day and a half in advance. If the weather is hot, it is best to put them in the refrigerator, otherwise they will sprout and bubble.
-
Boil a pot of water, chop the cleaned tube bones and put them down to boil the blood and foam.
-
Take it out and rinse it. There will be more foam when the drum bones are cooked.
-
Put the tube bones and soaked soybeans in a soup pot, add water and stew.
-
While the soup pot is burning, you can prepare some ginger and cut a few pieces of carrots and put them in together.
-
After the water boils, simmer slowly over low heat. Simmer for more than an hour. When the bones and soybeans are almost rotten, put down the red dates and stew them together. You can add salt at this time.
-
The red dates are ready when they are boiled, and the bones are just fine if you chew them casually.
