  1. Take the size of a rice bowl, two bowls of flour, 2 eggs, a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of MSG, a little pepper, and mix into a slightly thin batter.

  2. Pick the grass heads, wash them and chop them into small pieces. Chop it slightly, not too finely chopped.

  3. Add the chopped grass into the batter and mix thoroughly. The amount of grass does not matter, it depends on personal taste.

  5. Put a little oil on medium heat. When the oil heats up, pour in the batter. It should not be too thick, about 5mm. After the batter is spread out, pour a little more oil on the surface. Turn over and continue frying
