Crispy Pork Baked Eggs
Overview
Crispy meat and baked eggs, inspired by Scottish sugar-filled eggs. Scotch candied eggs, a classic British afternoon tea, are made with fine workmanship, and each process requires a very good mastery of fire attack. For those who are not professional chefs but still want to eat, you can choose roasted eggs with crispy meat, which does not need to be fried and is healthier. Unfortunately, there is no candy center, but it tastes really good.

Prepare ingredients: free-range eggs, pork belly, fried flour, bread crumbs and other ingredients;

Put eggs in cold water into a pot, bring to a boil, turn off heat, and simmer for 3 minutes;

Take the eggs out of cold water and remove the shells;

Peel the pork belly, mince it with a meat grinder, add oil, salt, soy sauce, fish sauce, and fried powder and mix well;

Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and place it in the baking pan
