Saffron egg that warms the palace and dispels cold
Overview
For girls who are deeply troubled by their aunt. There is a box of saffron in my hand, not much, just a small box. I never thought of how to use it. I came across this recipe in my spare time and picked it up casually. It finally came in handy. The method is very simple. Crack the eggs into a small bite, add 1.5 grams of saffron, mix well and steam until cooked. I reduced the amount of safflower just because I learned for the first time that 1.5 grams of safflower is actually a huge pile. If I stuff it all in, I'm afraid the egg liquid will overflow. In the end, 0.5 grams was used to give the chopsticks some room to maneuver. Instead of steaming, use the boiling water soaking method. Put the eggs into a small cup that just fits, then immerse it in a small pot of boiling water until the boiling water almost covers the eggs. Turn off the heat and cover. When the boiling water becomes warm, take it out and you can eat tender eggs with just solidified yolks. Start eating this egg on the second day of your menstrual period, one egg a day for 9 days. Then start taking it again on the second day of the next menstrual period for 3-4 consecutive cycles. It is said to disperse congestion and warm the uterus. This egg needs to be eaten according to the symptoms. If you want to try it, please consult your doctor before using it.
