Rinse with running water for 10 minutes and then soak in slightly thicker salt water for 2 to 3 hours. Remove and prick, wash and set aside~ (ps pricking is to soak the blood as quickly as possible)

Put onion, ginger, aniseed, perilla leaves, peppercorns, and cinnamon into the pot. After the water boils for 10 minutes, add the pork liver, add cooking wine, and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. (The time depends on its size~)

Don’t rush to take it out after it’s cooked. Take it out and slice it after the soup is at room temperature~
