Chicken braised rice
Overview
Chicken breast is served with carrots, green peppers, mushrooms, and black fungus stewed rice. Multi-grain rice is used. It is a healthy stewed rice with balanced nutrition and great taste. To satisfy the craving for meat, cut the meat into slightly thicker, larger slices. The meat slices are lightly marinated and processed, making them tender and juicy, with a great texture and taste.

Take an appropriate amount of multi-grain rice and wash it slightly.

Put the multi-grain rice into the inner pot of the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, put the inner pot into the rice cooker and turn it on to simmer.

Wash the chicken breasts and cut into slightly thicker slices.

Put the meat slices into a bowl and add salt and pepper.

Add cooking wine.

Add light soy sauce, mix well and marinate for a while.

Clean and cut green pepper into pieces.

Wash the carrots and cut into slices.

Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the onions and ginger until fragrant, then add the meat slices to the pan and stir-fry.
