Muscovy duck meat is clean.

Cut into pieces and fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides.

Peel the carrots, cut into chunks.

Heat the clay pot and fry the oil, green onions, ginger and mushrooms until fragrant.

Add the fried duck meat and stir-fry.

Add carrots, water, pepper, salt and chicken essence to taste and bring to a boil, cover and simmer over low heat.
