White Jade Mushroom Stewed Old Hen Soup
Overview
Yesterday, my daughter sneezed when she came home from kindergarten. Based on past experience, she would definitely have runny nose later. As expected, her nose started to runny at night. British Focus Monthly reported that drinking chicken soup when you have a cold can help relieve nasal congestion. So after sending her to kindergarten this morning, I rushed to the vegetable market and picked out an old hen to make chicken soup for my daughter. The cooked chicken soup was very delicious, and my daughter was very considerate of it, so she drank a small bowl of chicken soup when she got home.
