Overview
I learned the Dancing Apple recipe because it is a whole egg cake and I have little experience in making this kind of cake. I have been making chiffon cakes for a long time and they are mature.

Peel the red dates, cut into small pieces, and prepare the ingredients.

Put red date meat and milk in a small pot.

Heat over low heat, melt brown sugar and salt and set aside.

Beat at high speed, starting with the red dates at the bottom.

Beat for 6 minutes. When the volume expands, lift the whisk and the dripping marks will not disappear for 15 seconds.

After mixing the low-gluten flour and baking powder, pour it into the egg batter in batches, and then pour in the corn oil.

Line with paper and pour into baking pan. Bake at 160°C for 60 minutes.
