Buy this flavorless white dried tofu.

Cut one piece into 8 small squares.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, add dried beans and fry or stir-fry until the surface is golden brown.

Leave a little base oil in the pot, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir-fry over low heat, continue to heat until bubbling and the color turns dark yellow.

Then add the dried tofu and stir-fry until evenly colored.

Add 2/3 of the water to the dried tofu into the pot, then add dark soy sauce, salt and oyster sauce, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat.

Let the dried tofu taste. When the soup becomes less, stir-fry over high heat to reduce the juice. Turn off the heat when the soup becomes dry.
