  1. Add light soy sauce, rock sugar, dark soy sauce and a little salt, stir-fry together until the color turns

  2. After blanching the lamb chops, wash and drain

  3. Prepare the onion, ginger, garlic ingredients, and peppercorns, bay leaves and star anise

  4. Heat oil and stir-fry all ingredients

  5. When the ingredients are fragrant, add the lamb chops and stir-fry for 4 minutes

  6. Add light soy sauce, rock sugar, dark soy sauce and a little salt, stir-fry together until the color turns

  7. Add water to almost cover the lamb chops, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for 1 hour, cover the pot

  8. After 1 hour, turn to high heat, open the lid of the pot, drain the soup, and stir-fry constantly to prevent sticking

  9. Wait until the soup dries up and you can serve it~
