Chicken breast mixed with carrots
Overview
Carrots are rich in vitamin A. This is a fat-soluble vitamin. I originally planned to add some salt. In order to better absorb the vitamin, I mixed it with a sauce.

Wash the carrots, cut into large pieces, and steam them in a steamer.

Wash the peppers and garlic.

Steamed carrots cut into strips.

Plating.

Cut chicken breasts.

Place in the cooking pot.

Cooked.

Take it out, wash off the foam and place on a plate.

Chop the peppers into minced pieces.

Put salt and chicken essence into a small bowl.

Heat oil in a pan.

Pour hot oil into the vegetables.

Wait until the hot oil stops boiling.

Add oyster sauce.
