Plum cabbage is a very popular dish in my family. It is usually served in the form of braised pork with plum cabbage. It rained on the weekend and I was bored at home. I thought of making steamed buns stuffed with plum cabbage and pork and freezing them. It can be eaten and reheated, which is clean and hygienic!

  1. Dissolve an appropriate amount of yeast powder in warm water. Pour it into the flour while stirring. Add an appropriate amount of warm water. Knead the dough until it is smooth and let it rest. Poke a small hole in the middle with your finger and cover it with a warm cloth to ferment

  2. Soak the prunes in warm water and cut into fine pieces for later use

  3. Add peanut oil to the pot and stir-fry the minced plum vegetables until fragrant

  4. The minced meat is prepared in the market, using front leg meat. After the stir-fried minced pickles are naturally cooled, mix it with minced meat, appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and chicken powder to make a filling

  5. Knead the risen dough into long strips, cut into pieces, roll into dough and wrap with fillings, leave for about 20 minutes, steam over low heat with cold water
