This is the first time I used green radish to pickle sweet and sour pickles. It feels more refreshing than white radish, crunchy, and has good sour and sweet taste

Wash green radish

Add salt and marinate for three hours. Pour off the moisture

Add sugar, mature vinegar, and very fresh soy sauce and mix well (everyone's taste is different, so the amount of seasoning will also vary), cover and let it sit for two days
