Wash the tender duck, remove the internal organs and cut it into small pieces. Put it in a non-stick pan. No oil is needed. Add ginger and stir-fry over high heat until there is no water

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and continue stir-frying

Add a spoonful of salt

Add a spoonful of Laoganma and simmer the beer until the juice is reduced
