A vegan stir-fry. There are tofu rich in plant protein and garlic sprouts with plant fiber, which can be regarded as a real healthy stir-fry. Adding a little light soy sauce not only enhances the color, but also adds a bit of sauce flavor, perfect for those who don't eat spicy food or meat.

  5. Heat up a tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan, fry the tofu until it turns brown on both sides, and serve

  6. Add a little more oil to the pot and stir-fry the ginger slices and aniseed.

  7. Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry, add a spoonful of light soy sauce

  8. After the garlic sprouts become soft, add the fried tofu and stir-fry. Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly. Stir-fry until fully cooked and then remove from the pan.
