Stir-fried tofu with garlic sprouts
Overview
A vegan stir-fry. There are tofu rich in plant protein and garlic sprouts with plant fiber, which can be regarded as a real healthy stir-fry. Adding a little light soy sauce not only enhances the color, but also adds a bit of sauce flavor, perfect for those who don't eat spicy food or meat.

Remove the roots of garlic sprouts and wash them, slice the ginger into slices

Cut the white part of the garlic sprouts first

Then cut into 2 or 3 cm segments

Cut the tofu into 2cm square pieces

Heat up a tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan, fry the tofu until it turns brown on both sides, and serve

Add a little more oil to the pot and stir-fry the ginger slices and aniseed.

Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry, add a spoonful of light soy sauce

After the garlic sprouts become soft, add the fried tofu and stir-fry. Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly. Stir-fry until fully cooked and then remove from the pan.
