Radish Salad
Overview
Radishes are nutritious, and radish leaves are precious. They contain high amounts of calcium, as well as vitamins A and B1. They are rich in vitamin C, are rich in water, and have the effect of moisturizing and beautifying the skin. Eating some radish leaves regularly can prevent myopia, presbyopia, and cataracts.
