Whole egg cup cake
Overview
I purchased a 12-piece mold online. The mold was a little bigger than I expected. I made a whole-egg cup cake, which is just right for children to eat and there is no waste.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients and sift the flour several times in advance
-
Crack the eggs in a basin that is oil-free and water-free
-
Add sugar
-
Use a whisk to beat the batter. Just lift the whisk and the batter will not get rid of the lines quickly
-
Add corn oil and stir well
-
Add the sifted flour and stir until there are no lumps
-
Put the batter into a piping bag and pipe it into the prepared 12-piece mold (the 12-piece mold with 3 eggs cannot fit, so I made 3 more cupcakes)
-
Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, pay attention to the degree of coloring
-
After it cools, take it out and eat it
