Mix shredded coconut, flour and white sugar evenly.

Beat the egg whites with chopsticks, pour into the coconut flour mixture, mix and press evenly with your hands to form a dough.

Knead it into small balls with your hands and roll it in the shredded coconut (you don’t need to roll the shredded coconut after kneading it into small balls).

The balls are about 2-2.5 centimeters, and the size should be even when they come out of the pot.

Place in the preheated oven, 150°C, for 25-30 minutes.
