Roasted Chicken with Taro
Overview
Don't add too much seasoning to this dish, so that it won't overwhelm the aroma of the taro. It's a great dish to go with rice. You should choose the pink taro, that way it will be delicious!

Wash the chicken and chop into small pieces, peel and cut the taro into pieces, wash the ginger, flatten and chop into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, lightly fry the taro, drain and set aside.

Leave oil on low, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant, add chicken pieces and stir-fry.

After the chicken pieces change color, add Huadiao wine and oyster sauce and stir-fry to remove the fishy smell.
