  1. Marinate the salmon, rub it all over with salt, pepper, and sake, then rub it front and back with olive oil and put it aside.

  5. After the pan is heated for 20 minutes, add olive oil and salmon for 1 minute. Turn over and cook over low heat for 5 minutes with the lid on. (If the thickness is 1cm, turn it over and bake for 50 seconds)
