Marinate the salmon, rub it all over with salt, pepper, and sake, then rub it front and back with olive oil and put it aside.

Make soy salad dressing. First stir the soy milk, salt, and sugar with a blender for 40 seconds. Open the lid halfway and be careful not to splash out. Pour in the cooking oil while stirring.

If there are a lot of bubbles, add some vinegar and turn for 5 seconds.

Cut onions and pickled cucumbers into 0.3cm pieces, and stir together all the sauce ingredients.

After the pan is heated for 20 minutes, add olive oil and salmon for 1 minute. Turn over and cook over low heat for 5 minutes with the lid on. (If the thickness is 1cm, turn it over and bake for 50 seconds)
