Pastoral Pizza
Overview
I like the random combination of raw materials for pizza. I used to find it troublesome to knead the dough, so I always used a purchased crust to make it. Now I can use a bread machine to knead a fresh crust, and I know that pizza made with a fresh crust is a real pizza.

Pour the main ingredients except butter into the inner barrel of the bread machine and run the dough program for 15 minutes.

Add butter and continue kneading for 10 minutes. Knead until the dough reaches the expansion stage where the film can be pulled out.

Place the dough at about 28 degrees Celsius, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment for 1 hour until it is about twice as big as before. Dip your finger in flour and stick it into the hole and it won't shrink back.

Squeeze the air out of the fermented dough, fold into a round dough and let it rise at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Other ingredients can be prepared during the fermentation process. Grate mozzarella cheese into shreds. You can also buy ready-made ones with ribbons.

Onions and green peppers can be diced

Use a rolling pin to roll it into a round shape, thinner in the middle and slightly thicker around the edges. Place the dough into the baking pan. Use a fork to poke some small holes in the middle of the dough to prevent the bottom from swelling when baking

Brush a layer of vegetable oil on the cake and let it ferment under room temperature oil for 20 minutes

Spread tomato sauce evenly on the pie, sprinkle with oregano leaves (pizza grass), and leave about 1CM around the outside of the pie

After spreading the sauce, sprinkle evenly with a layer of mozzarella cheese (about 50g)

Sprinkle ham diced and a layer of mozzarella cheese (about 20g)

Sprinkle corn kernels and beans, and continue to sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese (about 20 grams)

Sprinkle with sliced mushrooms and onions, and finally sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, heat the upper and lower tubes, and bake for 20 minutes

After cooling slightly, you can cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
