Braised peppers in oil
Overview
The braised chili pepper recipe I made is a pure and original Northeastern style recipe! Added shrimp skin makes it taste salty and fresh.

Wash the green peppers, remove the stems, and cut into sections for later use.

Pour more oil into the pot, and when it is 60% hot, add the chili and fry until it bubbles on both sides.

Fry until the green peppers are soft, just do this on both sides.

Add the remaining oil from frying, add onion, ginger, and stir-fry thirteen spices.

Pour in soy sauce, beef powder, salt, dried shrimps, and half a bowl of water.

Add green pepper

Over medium heat, add coriander, place on top, cover the pot, and simmer for 8 minutes.

Turn off the heat and it will be suffocating.

Load the plate and start.
