Sauce-fried dishes are very popular in Tianjin. The click-through rate of stir-fried cabbage in some restaurants is much higher than that of high-end dishes. The fried fish fillets in soy sauce are even more popular. During the holidays, this dish is very photogenic when gathering with friends. Generally, big black fish or carp are used to make fried fish fillets in sauce. For this fried fish fillet, I use longli fish fillet. The fish fillet is headless, intestine-less and boneless, so it is very suitable for making fish fillet. The taste and texture are very good.
