Walnut Bread
Overview
Yesterday I went to the supermarket and bought a big bag of walnuts to make bread. Recently, I like to make breakfast by myself, and I make yogurt the night before. The bread is ready. Waiting to wake up the next morning whether at work or at home. Everyone has breakfast. Yogurt goes well with energy for the whole day.

Bake the walnut kernels in the oven at 140 degrees for 5 minutes. Then crush it and cut it into pieces.

Put high-gluten flour and yeast into the bread machine. white sugar. Salt. Clear water.

Start the dough kneading process. After 15 minutes add olive oil.

Knead into a smooth dough. Leave to ferment at room temperature.
