Ingredients: wash and cut the chilled mutton into strips, squeeze out the water.

Cut the onions and mushrooms and add them to the mutton.

Add oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, chili powder, cumin powder, pepper, barbecue sauce, mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
