Stir-fried chicken offal (chicken gizzards and hearts)
Overview
I happen to love chicken gizzards and chicken hearts, so I happen to have Pixian bean paste and pickled beans in the refrigerator😄

Ingredients
Steps
-
Take out the chicken gizzards and hearts from the refrigerator and soak them in water with a pinch of salt. Of course, fresh ones are more convenient~
-
Dice the onion and set aside. If you don’t want to cry, use cold water to freeze the knife. This time, there were no tears😄
-
Cut the chicken giblets into thin slices, add peppercorns and diced onions, and leave for about 8 minutes (you can skip this step if you are impatient) 😁
-
There is a prelude to this step. First put oil into the pan, fry some peppercorns in it, then add the ingredients in picture 3 and stir-fry over medium-high heat.
-
Add Pixian bean paste (if you are afraid of spicy/salty, add less or no more), add sour beans (if you like it, add more) 😋
-
Collect the juice and lower the heat. If it feels bland, add less salt (actually you don’t need to)
-
You haven’t eaten yet, what are you waiting for😄
