-A handful of fresh beans, gluten removed and washed

-Choose the beans into small pieces and cut them with a knife

-Sliced ham sausage, I used Jinluo pork sausage

-Garlic cloves, ginger, millet and pepper cut into sections

-Put a little oil in the pot, add garlic, shredded ginger and millet pepper and saute until fragrant

-Add ham sausage and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt
