Soften 200g kiri cheese at room temperature. After softening, preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Stir the softened cheese smoothly, add 20g of white sugar and stir evenly.

Add two whole eggs and one egg yolk in three batches and mix well.

Add 10g cornstarch and stir evenly, add 120ml animal butter and stir evenly.

Line a 6-inch mold with parchment paper everywhere and bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.

After it is completely cooled, refrigerate it for 4 hours for a better taste.
