Raw chicken porridge

Wash and drain the chicken legs, cut into small pieces, add shredded ginger, soy sauce, starch, white sugar and oil, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes

Bring the porridge base to a boil over high heat (the recipe on the porridge base teaches how to make it)

Add the marinated chicken pieces and stir evenly with a spoon and cook for six minutes until the chicken pieces are cooked

Sprinkle white pepper and chopped green onion into the cooked porridge to taste
