Ingredients
Steps
-
Add all the cake base ingredients into the bread bucket and knead the dough. (The base can make two pizzas)
-
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and ferment until it doubles in size.
-
Roll out half of the dough into a piece slightly larger than the baking pan, place it in a non-stick baking pan, slightly roll the excess edges inward, and use a fork to make some small holes in the dough to prevent the crust from swelling during baking. Then cover with plastic wrap and let rest for half an hour.
-
Brush the edge of the bottom of the cake with a layer of egg wash and bake in the middle rack of a preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 10 minutes. (I thought the toppings of the fruit pizza were not suitable for baking for too long, so I baked the crust first)
-
While baking the base, dice all the fruits and almonds.
-
Add an appropriate amount of butter (outside the recipe) to the pot and melt it.
-
Pour in diced fruits, add appropriate amount of sugar, stir-fry briefly and set aside.
-
Take out the baked cake base.
-
Spread a layer of blueberry sauce.
-
Spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
-
Spread the fruit filling and sprinkle with almonds.
-
Spread another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
-
Put it in the oven that has been preheated ten minutes in advance, and bake at 160 degrees for about 50 to 20 minutes on the upper and lower heat, middle rack.
