Wash the ginger and millet, cut the ginger into shreds, and cut the millet into small rings and set aside.

Wash the green onions, cut into cubes and set aside.

Wash the sea bass and slice the surface as shown in the picture.

Stuff the ginger shreds into the fish body.

Sprinkle with salt.

Pour in cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes.

Brush the bottom of the steamer box with a layer of oil.

Place a layer of shredded ginger underneath.

Put the sea bass into the steamer box.

Add water to the steamer, bring to a boil, add the seabass and steam for 12 minutes.

When the time is up, take out the sea bass.

Drizzle steamed fish with soy sauce.

Heat oil in a pan, add chili millet and half of the chopped green onions, sauté until fragrant, then turn off the heat.

Sprinkle the remaining chopped green onions over the fish.

Pour the newly fragrant hot oil directly on top and that's it.
