Two-color skin jelly
Overview
The current temperature in Pu'er is 29 degrees, so Pu'er people can eat cold dishes all year round. I had some pork skin at home, so I made pork skin jelly. Pork skin jelly is rich in collagen and can slow down the aging of body cells. Therefore, eating some pork skin regularly can prevent premature skin wrinkles and delay skin aging.
