Prepare the ingredients and soften the butter.

Place all ingredients except butter and pickles into bread machine and knead.

After kneading into a ball, add softened butter and continue kneading.

Knead until you can pull out a thicker film, it doesn't have to be very thin like toast. Knead into a ball and ferment until doubled in size.

After the first rise, divide the dough into 8 equal parts, roll into round balls and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 10 minutes.

After it has rested, take a piece of dough, roll it out and wrap it with an appropriate amount of kimchi, tighten the seal and roll it into a round shape.

Spray a little water on the surface of the wrapped dough (you can also brush it with egg white), dip it in a layer of white sesame seeds, and place it on the Xuechui 9055 gold plate

Proof in Petrus oven until doubled in size. It takes about 40-50 minutes

The fermented dough is placed in the middle shelf of the Baicui oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Cover with tin foil according to the coloring (I sprayed water, and the color is light, so there is no need to cover with tin foil)
